Graduates, their families and supporters gathered alongside representatives from local government, industry and the community at the Port Lincoln University Centre on 13 March to mark the completion of university qualifications earned in 2025.
The celebration, hosted by Uni Hub Spencer Gulf, recognised the effort required to pursue higher education while living in a regional area - balancing study with employment, family responsibilities and other commitments.
Graduates for 2025:
Nike Ajao (Master of Social Work)
Sarah Hill (Bachelor of Nursing)
Prue Hall (Bachelor of Nursing)
Port Lincoln University Centre Manager Cate Wuttke said the event was an important opportunity to recognise both academic achievement and the personal journeys behind each qualification.
"Graduation represents years of dedication, resilience and hard work. Our students balance study alongside jobs, families and other commitments, and this event is about taking a moment to recognise everything they have achieved along the way."

Mrs Wuttke said local celebrations also highlighted the impact of accessible study pathways in regional South Australia.
"When people can study close to home with the right support around them, it opens doors that might not otherwise be possible," she said. "We're proud to see more local graduates stepping into careers that strengthen our communities and contribute to the future of the Eyre Peninsula."
The graduation celebration forms part of Uni Hub Spencer Gulf's ongoing commitment to supporting regional students from enrolment through to completion.
